By completing this form you, the parent or legal guardian, authorise your child’s participation and consent to collection and processing of their personal data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Students cannot register, pay, or upload documents themselves.

Collecting dataI allow BrilMind.org to collect my child’s personal data including name, date of birth, school, email, and academic marks.
Uploading documentsI (the parent/guardian) will upload my child’s School ID card and, later, the official marksheet. I authorise BrilMind.org to store these for verification.
Processing dataI allow BrilMind.org to process my child’s data for verification, ranking, and winner selection.
CommunicationI allow BrilMind.org to contact me and my child by email and WhatsApp about program updates, results, and prizes.
Data storageI allow BrilMind.org to store this data securely for the program, as described in the Privacy Policy (DPDPA 2023).
Prize deliveryIf my child wins, I allow BrilMind.org to share delivery details with logistics partners solely to send the prize.

4. What you understand

Data will not be sold. It is shared only with essential providers (for example payment and email).
I can request access, correction, or deletion via privacy@brilmind.org.
Withdrawing consent ends the student’s participation.
This consent is legally binding.
